There’s a total of 12 films with this little projector. Smooth and quiet spin that at first I didn’t think it was working. Slow moving, just like our galaxy! Difficult sleepers and kids alike will enjoy this little projector. Focus works well, and changing the little film disk is a snap!

Good toy for relaxation. Two drawbacks: the speed does not change, although there is such an option. When using this projector, there should be complete darkness in the room.

It is a small project (10 cm diameter, 12 cm height), has several images to project. Excellent project! I highly recommend it. The photos I took in daylight at night will look better.

This is much cooler than I expected. I have a couple outer space-type projectors, but they are more like tie-dye shirt images and not really anything from outer space. They all, including this one, have the limitation that in order to be really effective it needs to be absolutely dark (no light at all, even from streetlights) and the wall/ceiling needs to be as white and smooth as possible. Also, the further away you are from the wall/ceiling, the more washed out the image becomes. So the closer you are to the wall/ceiling, the better. While this is not different than the other ones in that sense, it is much nicer in other areas. First, you can adjust it to get it into better focus (kind of like binoculars). Also, you can rotate the unit so you can either have it point to the ceiling or the wall. But the best part of this are the images that come with it. I like that they are interchangeable and not built into the unit. Also there are 12 of them so there is a lot of variety. But the coolest part is that the images are actual pictures of outer space...they are real places. This is kind of expensive compared to other similar products, but what makes this worth it are the ability to focus it and the images included with it.

I was a huge astronomy fan growing up and loved looking at images of galaxies and such. As an adult, I still love it and am also an insomniac who stays up at night staring at the ceiling wishing I could clear my mind. When I saw this with the real images, I thought this would be a neat thing to try out.

We love this projector, and we have several, but I think this is my favorite because it has 12 scenes, including various galaxies, the Milky Way, the Earth’s solar system, some nebulae, and the moon. It does rotate, but it works best if it is centered in the room. That way it fills the entire room and puts you in the experience! I like that it does turn slowly, as it is more realistic. You can change the 12 slides at will, and it can be used as a night light, because it will turn itself off after four hours, which I like. Or you can set it for one or two hours, to save the battery charge. You can adjust the focus to get the clearest view. The scenes are very realistic. It is very quiet as well which makes it a perfect nightlight. I highly recommend this one.

I'm very pleased with this product. It has 12 stellar image discs that are all just amazing. It uses a very bright light to project the image to your ceiling or wall, so definitely turn it off before changing the discs.It handles ceilings of different heights very well, as the top lens can be turned to adjust the focus of the output image.My favourite feature is the auto-shutoff. By default, it will turn itself off after four hours, but you can opt to adjust that down to 1 or 2 hours instead.
I recently got this Planetarium Star Projector and my twins absolutely love it. The 12 Cosmic Display Images are truly mesmerizing! They spend hours looking up at the stars on our ceiling. There's even a timer setting which I use to turn off the projector after 1 or 2 hrs of use, so that they don't stay up all night watching it, and the dispay images won't get burnt out as quickly. Highly recommend this product if you're looking for something to entertain your children and keep them occupied! The quality of the projector is great, too.
